We are expanding our team and hiring Overnight Nannies and Mother’s Helpers who are experienced, nurturing, calm, and reliable.

About the Role

Our overnight nanny and mother’s helper positions primarily support newborns and infants, helping families adjust during the early stages of parenthood. These roles are ideal for childcare professionals who are comfortable working overnight and supporting healthy sleep routines for babies while providing reassurance and assistance to parents.

Responsibilities Include

Infant care and monitoring throughout the night
Bottle feeding or assisting with feeding routines
Diaper changes and soothing infants back to sleep
Supporting gentle sleep routines
Keeping feeding and sleep logs if requested by family
Preparing bottles and washing bottles/pump parts
Light housekeeping related to baby care
Assisting parents with newborn care guidance if needed
Helping maintain a calm and organized overnight environment

Requirements

All applicants must have:

Minimum 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
(Accepted: nannying, daycare, preschool teaching)

Infant or newborn care experience preferred
Comfort working overnight shifts

Eligible to work in the U.S.
Two childcare related references (with phone numbers)
Annual physical (within 1 year)
PPD + results
Documentation of MMRs
Fluent in English (bilingual a plus!)

Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism
Comfort working in private home settings

Not accepted: casual babysitting, family only care, volunteer hours, or internships only.

Start Date

ASAP — immediate overnight opportunities available.
