Overnight Newborn Care Nurses and Caregivers (San Antonio Area)

Let Mommy Sleep, South and West Texas’s overnight newborn care agency, is currently hiring Registered Nurses, LVNs, CNAs, Night Doulas, and experienced Newborn Caregivers for one of the most rewarding jobs you can have: supporting new families during the newborn stage.

Our team currently serves families across the San Antonio area, and we are especially busy in Boerne, Bulverde, Seguin, and New Braunfels.

We also recently launched our El Paso location in February 2026, and are continuing to grow across South and West Texas.

Typical shifts are overnight, usually 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

During the night, caregivers provide gentle, attentive newborn care so parents can rest. Responsibilities include:

• Feeding and burping
• Diapering and soothing babies
• Swaddling and safe sleep practices
• Monitoring infant wellness through the night
• Supporting families with newborn education and postpartum recovery

Some caregivers may also provide lactation support and guidance to new parents, depending on their background and training.

Newborn experience is required. Experience with twins, NICU graduates, or postpartum families is especially valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
