Overnight Newborn Care Specialist

Highly EXPERIENCED Overnight Newborn Care Support Needed!

Do you LOVE snuggling babies?

We’re looking for a highly experienced infant caregiver who radiates warmth, professionalism, dependability and positivity at all times.

About the role:

You’ll provide overnight postpartum support for newborns and their moms. Gentle sleep training, lactation support (helping with nursing, positioning, latching, and bottle feeding).

Expect to have a baby in your arms for 20%+ of each shift—you must be alert and awake throughout the night.

Shifts are typically 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (10 hours).

Requirements:

• EXTENSIVE experience caring for newborns.
• Highly dependable and punctual.
• Provide all documentation to legally work in the US.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider Infant CPR + BLS).
• Proof of all childhood vaccinations & boosters (including TDAP within last 10 years, COVID, flu shot).
• Three professional references.
• Background or experience in the nursing or medical field is a plus!
