Overnight Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) – First -Time Parents

Description: A warm, thoughtful first-time family in Rye, NY is looking to extend their current Newborn Care Specialist support. Their current NCS will be finishing April 4, and they are hoping to bring in a specialist to continue care through May 10. The schedule will be five overnight shifts per week, either Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday, typically 7:00 PM–7:00 AM. Responsibilities include overnight newborn care, bottle feeding (pumped milk and/or formula), and keeping bottles and pump parts cleaned and prepared for the next day so the parents can rest and recover. The specialist will have access to a large guest room upstairs for rest breaks (or the nursery if preferred). The home has a small dog, though no pet care is required. Ideal candidate: An experienced, warm, and professional Newborn Care Specialist who enjoys supporting first-time parents, offering guidance when needed, and creating a calm overnight environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
