Overnight Operations Specialist — Little Rock / Bentonville

Like calm nights and real responsibility? We’re NWA Courier, supporting time-sensitive parts and hospital/medical deliveries. When the call comes—especially from a hospital—you’re the steady hand who responds, triages, and gets the run moving. It’s a quiet shift most nights, but alertness and ownership matter.

You’ll:

• Work mostly solo, stay alert, and follow a clear hourly checklist
• Do security/rounds, light inventory moves, tidy staging for morning routes
• Process after-hours orders (when they pop) and log clean handoffs at end of shift

You are:

• Dependable, detail-first, calm; comfortable in a quiet environment
• Good with simple computer/WMS tasks and following SOPs/checklists
• Able to pass a background check (keyholder role)
