Overnight Postpartum Nanny

Overview:
Kin Cove Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Overnight Postpartum Nannies to support families during the critical newborn stage. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in newborn care, overnight routines, and implementing healthy sleep habits.

You will be responsible for providing hands-on overnight care while allowing parents to rest, recover, and feel supported.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full overnight newborn care (feeding, diapering, soothing)
• Support and implement gentle sleep training techniques (when appropriate)
• Monitor infant wellness and document overnight activity
• Assist with light newborn-related tasks (bottles, laundry, sanitizing)
• Educate and reassure parents when needed

Requirements:

• Proven newborn care experience (postpartum or nanny experience preferred)
• Experience with sleep training methods (required)
• Infant CPR & First Aid Certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to work overnight shifts (8–12 hours)

Compensation & Structure:

• $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
• Independent contractor (1099)
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Start Date: June 2026

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
