Job Description:
We are seeking dependable and skilled individuals to join our Night Shift Supermarket Renovation Crew. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a background in commercial facility maintenance. As part of our renovation team, you will assist in the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, renovation, and general upkeep of supermarket facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and appealing environment for our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform renovation and maintenance tasks during night shift hours.
• Assist with commercial HVAC/R-related maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and workspaces in good working condition.
• Lift and move heavy materials and equipment (minimum 50 lbs.).
• Travel reliably to various job sites across South Florida.
• Exhibit sound decision-making, professionalism, and productivity.
• Follow and promote safe work practices at all times.
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in commercial renovations and facility maintenance required.
• Proven experience operating power tools.
• Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems strongly preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites across South Florida.
• Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
