Overnight Reservation Service Coordinator — Luxury Ground Transportation

Kingdom Car Service is Orlando’s premier luxury ground transportation company. We serve corporate clients, executive travelers, and VIP guests who expect nothing short of perfection — and we deliver it. We are growing fast, and we need the right person to own our overnight operations.

We are looking for an Overnight Reservation Service Coordinator who is sharp, reliable, and takes pride in being the most important person in the building when everyone else is asleep. This is not a babysitting role. This is a leadership-level operations seat on the overnight shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing all reservations, inbound calls, emails, and texts during overnight hours
• Coordinating drivers and dispatch to ensure every client is picked up on time, every time
• Tracking incoming flights and adjusting pickups in real time — no client ever waits because of a late flight we knew about
• Confirming all next-day bookings before 1AM so the morning team wakes up to zero surprises
• Resolving client and driver issues independently — you are the decision-maker on this shift
• Completing a detailed handoff report at the end of every shift so nothing falls through the cracks

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in dispatch, transportation, luxury hospitality, hotel night audit, or a fast-paced call center environment
• Someone who can own a shift completely without needing hand-holding at 3AM
• Professional, clear communicator — in writing and on the phone
• Detail-obsessed: you check your work twice because you know the cost of a missed booking
• Dependable: overnight operations live or die on the person showing up, on time, every shift
• Bonus: experience with luxury car service, black car, or limo dispatch; bilingual (English/Spanish)
