Position Summary:
· Primary responsibility is to organize, secure, and control all parts entering or leaving the Stockroom or hangar facilities.
Qualifications Required:
· Must meet requirements set forth in the GMM Chapter 2, section 2.C.9 through 2.C.13
· Competency in Microsoft Excel
· Prior Stock and Stores Experience
· Florida Drivers License (valid)
· Valid U.S Passport
· Social Security Card or Birth Certificate issued by the United States or it’s territories.
· Pass a Background and Drug Test as required by the FAA
· Open Schedule and be able to travel on the spot as needed.
Qualifications Desired:
· Previous Aviation Experience
· Basic computer skills
· Experience in receiving AC Parts
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
· Receiving, shipping, checking, classifying, issuing, inventorying, storing, warehousing, and distributing aircraft parts or other related parts, stock or materials, including loading and unloading of shipments and operating forklifts and other lifting equipment, as required.
· Maintaining records and reports as required.
· Making pickups and/or deliveries of materials as required.
· Replenishing stock and expediting parts and materials necessary to support and accomplish the mission of this department.
· Control and secure tool ensuring up to date calibration.
· Insuring that the stores area is neat, orderly, and efficient.
· Currency in industry training on FAA Aviation Safety Program "SUSPECTED UNAPPROVED PARTS"
· Properly receiving parts and arrange for receiving inspection and assure that no parts intended for aircraft use are issued or placed in stock without the required inspection.
· Document any damaged part and quarantine for review.
· Ensuring that everything shipped from Inventory is accompanied by a shipping document and conforms to Hazardous Material procedures if applicable.
· Transporting packages to the aircraft load master or forwarding agent for shipment.
· All material shipped is in conformity with the CFR 49 Hazardous Material Procedures. The contents must be properly identified and determination made of restrictions on shipping including compatibility with other materials being shipped.

Work is performed in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active vendor and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; May be subject to repetitive motion such as typing, data entry and vision to monitor. Employee must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
