Job Duties: -
1. Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
2. Monitor cash flow and manage it in accordance with invoice amounts.
3. Budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations in Canada, the USA, and India, including income tax, sales tax, and import/export duties.
5. Coordinate with tax professionals in each jurisdiction and provide support to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
6. Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction.
8. Manage payroll processing and compliance with company rules and regulation.
9. Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and misuse of company assets.
10. Conduct periodic financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating with clients, stakeholders and teams located in different regions.
12. Ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, and/or timeliness objectives.
13. Attend to the customer's mail for day-to-day queries.
14. Maintaining day-to-day MIS for reporting purposes
15. Miscellaneous tasks for day-to-day activities.
16. To offer the best services to clients and agencies within the company’s rules and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
