Overseas Accountant

We are currently looking for an Overseas Accountant to support our international entities, with a clear development path toward a Country Finance Lead role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounting and monthly closing for overseas entities (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, etc.)
• Prepare and analyze management reports
• Manage VAT filings and ensure tax compliance
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors
• Support corporate maintenance, filings, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in building and optimizing local finance processes and controls

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in audit firms or accounting for overseas subsidiaries
• Experience in shared service centers or large multinational groups preferred
• Strong attention to detail, learning ability, and ownership mindset
• Willingness to work internationally or relocate overseas
• English proficiency required
