Job Description
Responsible for the full-cycle cost accounting of overseas decoration projects, including cost estimation and dynamic tracking of materials, labor, equipment, transportation, etc.
Prepare project budgets, final accounts and cost analysis reports, and put forward suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Participate in overseas project bidding and quotation, contract clause review and business negotiations (focus : FIDIC clauses, EPC contracts, etc.).
Monitor the implementation of project costs, identify potential risks and formulate response measures.
Handle business accounting for engineering changes, claims and visas to safeguard the company's interests.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Engineering Cost or related majors; candidates with Registered Cost Engineer, PMP or other certificates are preferred.
More than 8 years of experience in cost accounting in the decoration engineering / construction industry, with at least 3 years of full-process management experience in overseas projects.
Familiar with international engineering quotation systems (such as quantity surveying, bill of quantities pricing); having successful cases of independently completing cost control for large-scale projects (over 50 million RMB).
English proficiency as a working language, with the ability to skillfully write English reports and participate in business negotiations; proficient in cost software such as Excel, Project, Glodon / Luban / Revit; those familiar with local market building material prices, labor costs and supply chain resources are preferred.
Clear logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and strong pressure resistance; able to adapt to overseas business trips or assignments, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
English can be used as a working language (for report writing and business negotiations).
Having experience in overseas housing construction projects (preferably in decoration).
Bonus points
Hold certificates such as Registered Cost Engineer and PMP.
Be familiar with local market prices of building materials, labor costs and supply chain resources.
