We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and creative Overseas Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in student counselling and recruitment who are passionate about guiding students through their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counselling to students regarding study abroad options, admissions, visas, and financial planning.
• Guide students through application and onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timelines.
• Collaborate with the sales team and university representatives to highlight program benefits and admission pathways.
• Build and maintain partnerships with third-party providers such as visa consultants and academic institutions.
• Develop and update informational resources to support students and staff.
• Monitor service quality, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
• Conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars to share knowledge and address student queries.
• Represent Higher Education Direct at events, fairs, and university conferences.
• Work towards lead generation, student conversions, and recruitment targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, international admissions, or student recruitment (Canada, USA, UK, or Australia).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Knowledge of admission procedures, visa compliance, and study abroad requirements.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
