Overseas Purchasing & Logistic Officer

Position: Overseas Purchasing & Logistic Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing overseas purchases and coordinating with international buyers/vendors, including handling quotations, negotiations, shipment follow-ups, and purchase documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics and transportation operations
  • Maintain vendor and supplier relationships
  • Monitor inventory and stock levels
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and goods
  • Prepare and maintain purchase records and reports

Candidates must have experience in international purchasing and overseas procurement operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Any stream.
  • Experience in purchasing and logistics preferred
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
