Job Description – Overseas Recruiter
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for overseas placements – from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and attract skilled professionals through job portals, social media, databases, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and candidates.
Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidate shortlists within defined timelines.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Handle documentation, compliance, and visa coordination in line with overseas hiring regulations.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team.
Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets and ensure high client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
0-3years of proven experience in overseas recruitment
Strong knowledge of international recruitment trends, compliance, and visa processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Experience in building candidate pipelines for high-demand job categories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
