ROLE
The Regional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles, with a focus on the US market. This role emphasizes talent sourcing, process optimization, and market intelligence to enhance hiring outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up for direct hires
- Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements to improve hiring quality and candidate experience
- Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles across multiple regions, with a focus on the US
- Utilize diverse international recruitment methods to attract candidates and meet hiring targets
- Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist leadership with periodic industry analyses
- Contribute to reporting through talent interviews, providing insights into market trends, company structures, and sector-specific talent landscapes
- Support employer branding initiatives, including presentations, technical events, and employee referral programs
- Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition methodologies
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience using various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies
- Strong analytical mindset
- Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
