Our client is a globally connected technology organization offering cloud-based solutions and workforce services across 170+ markets. They provide scalable platforms, compliance-ready systems, and localized support to help businesses expand internationally.

ROLE

The Regional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for international roles, with a focus on the US market. This role emphasizes talent sourcing, process optimization, and market intelligence to enhance hiring outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, and follow-up for direct hires
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment process and recommend enhancements to improve hiring quality and candidate experience
• Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles across multiple regions, with a focus on the US
• Utilize diverse international recruitment methods to attract candidates and meet hiring targets
• Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist leadership with periodic industry analyses
• Contribute to reporting through talent interviews, providing insights into market trends, company structures, and sector-specific talent landscapes
• Support employer branding initiatives, including presentations, technical events, and employee referral programs

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition methodologies
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience using various sourcing platforms and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to apply diverse sourcing strategies
• Strong analytical mindset
• Full professional fluency in English and Mandarin

PREFFERED QUALIFICATION

• Experience recruiting in cloud technology or data center environments
• Ability to build talent pipelines and improve recruitment processes
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Excellent client service and communication abilities
