Job Title: Academic Consultant – Overseas Education

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Academic Consultant to guide students for overseas education admissions and visa processes. Candidates with similar experience are welcome, and enthusiastic freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding overseas education options, courses, universities, and career paths
• Handle student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Assist students with application process and documentation
• Guide students through visa procedures and requirements
• Maintain student records and follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with admissions and visa team
• Participate in student seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities
• Support general office work, calls, and enquiry handling when required

Requirements

• Any Degree (Preferably in Education / Management / Related Field)
• Good communication and counselling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
• Passion for helping students achieve overseas education goals
• Experience in overseas education consultancy is an advantage
