Role Summary

We are looking for a driven Global Sales & Business Development Executive to support and expand our international sales operations. The role involves engaging with overseas clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to conversion.

This position is ideal for confident communicators who perform well in target-driven environments and are motivated to grow within the international B2B sales landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential international clients through structured prospecting
• Conduct outbound sales calls and professionally manage inbound client inquiries
• Present tailored service solutions and negotiate commercial terms
• Convert qualified leads into long-term business relationships
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress using CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years in sales, telesales, or business development
• International sales exposure is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM tools
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Personal Attributes:

• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Collaborative team player with a professional mindset
