This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for an Owner at Artistic Milliners. The Owner will oversee the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the company, fostering business growth and productivity. Responsibilities include leading key decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with sustainability and innovation goals, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The Owner will also manage and support senior leadership to ensure the company continues to thrive in the competitive global market.

• Proven leadership skills in team management, decision-making, and strategic planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of the textile and denim manufacturing industry, with a focus on sustainability and innovation
• Experience in finance, budgeting, and overseeing large-scale operations
• Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive efficient processes and address challenges
• Ability to guide a team toward achieving organizational goals with a collaborative and forward-thinking mindset
• Experience in global market trends and supply chain management is highly desirable
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
