Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Minimum 2 Years of Verifiable OTR Experience
• Must Own or Lease a DOT-Compliant Tractor
• Clean Driving Record (No major violations in last 3 years)
• Ability to pass DOT Drug Screening
• Active MC/DOT Authority (if required) OR willingness to operate under company authority
• Professionalism, communication, and reliability required

Equipment Requirements

• 2015 or newer tractor (preferred, not required depending on program)

Earning Potential Example (Non-Guaranteed)

• Average Rate Per Mile: $2.50 – $4.00
• Weekly Miles: 2,000 – 3,500+
• Estimated Weekly Gross: $6,000 – $10,000+
