Job Overview
Nationwide OTR position – drivers from all states are encouraged to apply.
No fixed starting location – loads dispatched based on availability across major freight markets.

We are actively hiring professional Owner Operators with 26ft Box Trucks, 35ft–40ft Hotshot trailers, and Semi Trucks to run high-volume freight across the United States. We provide consistent loads, strong broker connections, and an experienced dispatch team focused on maximizing your weekly revenue.

Whether you have your own MC authority or need to run under ours, we offer flexible options to keep you moving and earning.

Compensation and Pay Structure

Average weekly gross revenue: $3,000 to $7,000+, depending on equipment, lanes, and availability

Weekly settlements with full rate confirmation provided before dispatch

• Dispatch options:

Flat $350 per week (recommended for high-earning drivers)
7% of gross revenue (flexible option)

• MC Lease Program available at 10% for drivers without authority
• Fuel card program available after the second completed load
• Contract time period: 1 month minimum
• Esscrow $150 a week, refundable after 15 days of ending the contract

Equipment Requirements Box Truck:

• 26ft box truck only (no 16ft, 22ft, or 24ft units)
• Liftgate and E-track preferred
• Must be DOT compliant and in good working condition

Hotshot:

• Trailer length must be 35ft to 40ft
• Flatbed, step deck, or gooseneck trailers accepted
• Trailers under 35ft will not be accepted

Semi Truck:

• Sleeper or day cab accepted
• Must be fully DOT-compliant and roadworthy
• ELD Requirements
• Must have or be ready to install an ELD before starting
• Compatible systems include Linxup, EZLynk, and RouteOne
• Existing compliant ELD devices are accepted

• No forced dispatch – you choose every load

• We handle broker setup, rate confirmations, and paperwork

Requirements

• Must be available for OTR (Over-The-Road)
• Must be financially prepared to cover fuel and expenses for the first 1–2 weeks
• Clean driving record preferred
• Must be serious about working and running consistently
• Professional Dispatch Services (For Carriers with Own MC)
• If you have your own MC authority (minimum 6 months active), we also offer professional dispatch services only.
• We manage load booking, broker communication, and route planning so you can focus on driving and scaling your business.
