This is NOT a company driver job — this is a dispatching partnership. We are a dispatching service partnering with drivers who want more control, better rates, and consistent freight.

We help you:

• Stay loaded consistently
• Negotiate higher-paying loads
• Build dedicated lanes
• Reduce deadhead and downtime
• Keep your truck moving and profitable

We work with:

• Box trucks (16ft–26ft)
• Hotshots
• Dry vans
• Flatbeds
• Reefers
• Power-only

What we provide:

• Load sourcing (DAT, direct freight, broker network)
• Rate negotiation
• Paperwork support (rate cons, invoicing)
• Lane planning based on your preferences

You are a good fit if:

• You have an active MC/DOT (or in process)
• You have your own truck or are getting ready to run
• You’re looking for consistent work and better structure

Average gross revenue: $5,000 – $10,000+ per week (varies by truck type and lanes)

We are also registered with SAM.gov and positioning for government freight opportunities. Positioning for consistent government and dedicated freight lanes.
