Key responsibilities include:
Investigate and respond to owner inquiries received by phone, email, or mail
Navigate multiple internal systems to retrieve well, lease, and account information
Research ownership details, division order status, lease records, and basic revenue information
Perform account updates including address changes, correspondence routing, and account notes
Review updated process information and communicate with other internal business units as needed
Escalate owner inquiries to appropriate departments using established coding and routing processes
Prepare and send written correspondence to correct groups when required
Maintain organized documentation of inquiries and research findings
Provide high-quality customer service while meeting established response and accuracy standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Experience (customer service, administrative, accounting, land, or similar)
Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to research owner, lease, and well information
Basic understanding of oil & gas terminology (deed/title documents, lease types, production basics) preferred
Basic knowledge of Division Order or Revenue Accounting concepts a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
