Position Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Director of P20 Strategic Partnerships, the P20 Partnership Success Manager is responsible for managing and advancing CNM’s P20 initiatives, including dual credit, early college, and pathway programs. The Manager oversees day-to-day operations and ensures the effective implementation and evaluation of programs that promote student readiness, transition, and success.

This role collaborates with internal CNM departments, K12 schools, and community partners to develop and sustain strategic partnerships that align with CNM’s mission and student success goals. The Manager is accountable for program outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement efforts that strengthen P20 pipelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of CNM’s P20 programs, including dual credit, early college, and pathway initiatives.
  • Serves as a primary liaison between CNM, K12 districts, and community partners, developing and maintaining collaborative relationships that expand educational opportunities.
  • Plans, organizes, and executes stakeholder engagement activities, events, and meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups.
  • Oversees program data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor outcomes, assess effectiveness, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Develops and maintains partnership agreements, deliverables, and performance benchmarks to ensure accountability and alignment with institutional goals.
  • Represents CNM at community, district, and statewide events, sometimes working evenings or weekends, to promote programs and strengthen partnerships.
  • Contributes to policy and process development that supports program growth, operational efficiency, and student success.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, business administration, workforce development, or a closely related field
  • AND
  • Two (2) years of experience in higher education, dual credit programs, workforce programs, and/or community partnerships.
Preference:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working in both K12 and postsecondary institutions
  • Experience in partnership and/or program management
