Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support engineering projects in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of scheduling experience on engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects and be comfortable managing complex project timelines, tracking progress, and reporting to project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Prepare status reports and schedule updates for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure schedules comply with project scope, deadlines, and budget requirements.
• Assist in risk analysis and forecasting to anticipate project delays.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler on engineering/construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 (required).
• Strong understanding of project controls, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred.
