Scope of the Job: Physician Assistant/ARNP is licensed in the State of Florida and, under administrative direction, provides medical/ surgical services to patients as defined by protocol filed with the State of Florida and signed by a physician licensed to practice medicine/surgery in the State of Florida. The PA/ARNP will assist with specific medical program and clinical operations; counsel patients regarding their health; prepares reports and summaries. All activity will be performed as a part of the physician team and under direct or indirect supervision. The PA/ARNP will perform detailed history and physical exam for new and follow-up patients with urological conditions. This person will help coordinate care with physicians and patients. Develop and implement medical and behavioral treatment plans including diagnostic testing and interpretation. The PA/ARNP will practices within the scope of practice perimeters as inferred by licensure, standard practice, knowledge, skill level, and sound clinical judgment. Additionally, this person will accurately documents patient data, actions or interventions, responses, & plans for care/follow-up according to guidelines &/or standard practice. Call coverage expected. Temperament: Must be able to perform under stress when confronted with emergency, critical, or unusual situations. Must be capable of dealing with periodic cyclical workload pressures and levels of responsibility. Required to make independent judgments without supervision. Must be able to make generalizations, evaluations, or decisions based on sensory or judgmental criteria. Must have the adaptability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. Requires the ability to work with people beyond giving and receiving instructions.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
