PA-C / NP – Personal Injury Neurosurgery (Part-Time → Full-Time)

We are a growing Personal Injury Neurosurgery Clinic seeking a motivated PA-C or NP to join our team. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time.

You will work directly with a neurosurgeon in the clinic and outpatient surgical centers managing spine cases.

Responsibilities:

• Perform PI-focused evaluations (spine, TBI, nerve injuries)
• Conduct neuro/musculoskeletal exams and review imaging
• Follow structured care model: conservative → interventional → surgical
• Assist in outpatient surgical procedures
• Provide detailed documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• PA-C or NP (active FL license)
• Strong independent clinical skills & time management
• Interest in spine, neurosurgery, or orthopedics
• Willingness to learn PI documentation & workflow

· Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ (based on experience, with growth potential)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
