PA Foreclosure Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PA Foreclosure Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in foreclosure litigation, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Perfect Practice experience is a plus. This role requires exceptional legal research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage complex cases effectively. The Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in court and other legal proceedings while ensuring the highest standards of legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to prepare for cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practices.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation with in foreclosure is preferred.
• Strong skills in legal research and writing; familiarity with Westlaw is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
