PA needed for 2 moths, FT Primary Care Coverage

Description:
Our agency is in need of an experienced PA to provide 2 months employee/family based primary care coverage to a clinic in Hayward, CA.

Details:
Start Nov 17-Jan 2 ( OFF: 11/27, 11/28, 12/25, 1/1 for holidays)

Hours: M-F (MW 8a-5p, T&TH 10a-7p, F 8a-12p)

Basic primary care to employees and their families, ages 3+

8-10 patients per day

MA on staff

$90 per hour

Paid Malpractice

Paid Shadow & module training prior to start

Requirements:
Must have active CA PA license

Must have 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP

Must be BC

Must have clean background (medical & criminal)
