Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and personal support to an Emirati Owner.
This role requires a high level of trust, confidentiality, and adaptability, combining business, personal, and household management responsibilities, along with oversight of PRO and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and experienced in managing both corporate and private environments, including coordination of domestic staff and government-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Personal Support

Provide direct administrative and personal support to the Owner on a daily basis

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling across business and personal commitments
-
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documentation with the highest level of discretion
-
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
-
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
2. Communication & Coordination
-
Act as the primary point of contact between the Owner and internal/external stakeholders
-
Coordinate follow-ups on key actions, ensuring timely execution of directives
-
Liaise with senior management and ensure alignment with the Owner’s priorities
-
Draft professional communications on behalf of the Owner
3. Household & Domestic Staff Management
-
Oversee and manage all domestic workers within the household
-
Prepare schedules, duty rosters, and task allocations for household staff
-
Handle HR-related responsibilities for domestic workers, including:

Payroll management
-
Leave tracking and approvals
-
Attendance monitoring
-
Ensure smooth day-to-day household operations
4. PRO & Government Liaison Responsibilities

Manage all government-related processes, including:

Visa applications and renewals
-
Emirates ID processing
-
Immigration and labor-related documentation
-
Trade license renewals and company documentation
-
Liaise with government authorities, regulators, and external service providers
-
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and corporate requirements
-
Prepare and submit regulatory filings and maintain proper documentation
-
Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all compliance-related activities
5. Corporate Governance & Compliance Support

Support in maintaining compliance with corporate governance requirements
-
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to applicable laws
-
Maintain accurate records of licenses, permits, and legal documentation
-
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and management when required
6. Administrative & Office Management
-
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and databases
-
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping standards
-
Assist in improving administrative processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
-
Minimum
4–7 years of experience
as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
-
Experience supporting
senior executives, family offices, or high-net-worth individuals
preferred
-
Prior experience handling
domestic staff management and PRO activities
is highly desirable
