Your Role And Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements related to Quality Management.
• Support in preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF objects).
• Participate in workshops with business users to understand operational needs.
• Perform basic configuration activities in SAP QM (Quality Management) modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Prepare and execute unit testing and integration testing scenarios for QM processes.
• Record test results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.
• Provide first-level support for SAP QM users, including issue resolution and ticket handling.
  
  

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Basic Knowledge of SAP QM and Quality Inspection Process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong Background in Business Operation
