Your Role And Responsibilities

Assist senior consultants and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements related to Quality Management.

Support in preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF objects).

Participate in workshops with business users to understand operational needs.

Perform basic configuration activities in SAP QM (Quality Management) modules under the guidance of senior consultants.

Prepare and execute unit testing and integration testing scenarios for QM processes.

Record test results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.

Provide first-level support for SAP QM users, including issue resolution and ticket handling.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Basic Knowledge of SAP QM and Quality Inspection Process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders
