You will deliver packaged petroleum products such as cases of oil, kegs, and drums. This job requires a Class B CDL, forklift certification, and hazmat endorsement due to delivering drums of fuel. The job is Monday-Friday approximately 7am-4pm.

Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles to deliver packaged goods across designated routes.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques while adhering to safety standards.
• Plan and follow optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and punctuality.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Verify shipment accuracy, document delivery details, and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar logistics role involving route driving.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Warehouse experience including loading/unloading product, heavy lifting, moving items safely, and operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and a valid driver’s license suitable for box trucks or similar vehicles.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving goods throughout the shift.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
