Packaging and Production Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging and production associate to join our manufacturing team. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various hand tools and equipment, ability to lift upto to 50 lbs package in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Duties

• Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
• Assemble product components as necessary, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools for packaging tasks, ensuring proper handling and maintenance of tools.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to identify defects or issues before shipping.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with CGMP guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and packaging tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
