Packaging & Creative Designer (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary

TSD Distribution is hiring a Packaging & Creative Designer to create and update print-ready artwork for our home fragrance products. This role supports the creation of packaging for candles and reed diffusers, along with POS/POP retail materials and other creative work. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create and adapt packaging artwork for candles, reed diffusers, and related products (labels, boxes, inserts, sleeves, etc.)

Design and update POS/POP materials (PDQs, signage, shelf talkers, display elements, headers, etc.)

Prepare print-ready files (dielines, bleeds, trims, correct color setup—CMYK/spot colors)

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (printers/suppliers) to ensure accurate execution

Maintain strong file organization and version control across multiple SKUs and collections

Review proofs and make corrections to ensure quality and brand consistency

Support other creative needs as required (mockups, presentations, basic digital assets)

Requirements

Bilingual: English and Spanish (required)

2+ years of experience in packaging design and/or production art (consumer products preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus)

Understanding of print production (dielines, typography, layout, color, print specs)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Must be able to work on-site in Hialeah, FL

Nice to Have

Experience with home fragrance, beauty, or label-heavy consumer categories

Experience creating retail displays / POS materials

Ability to create realistic mockups
