This role requires strong English communication, professionalism, and the ability to handle international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and support
• Process orders and follow up with customers
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver high-quality customer service and meet KPIs

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree required
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus
• Good computer & typing skills
• Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
