Calling Experienced Packaging Development Consultant | Advisory Retainer Role

We are looking to engage an experienced and seasoned Packaging development consultant / specialist on a retainer basis to provide technical and strategic support to our regional teams across the globe. This role is ideal for professionals retired at mid-management level or freelancing with 20+ years of experience, with a strong background in global FMCG organizations, and hands-on exposure on packaging development. Candidates with experience in working across multiple regions and markets will be preferred.

Role objective: The Packaging development consultant will act as a technical advisor supporting packaging-related decisions across materials, specifications, supplier collaboration, cost optimization, and standardization initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise in packaging development decisions to regional teams
• Support global packaging standards, specifications, and optimization initiatives
• Partner with relevant business stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and best practices
• Bring an external industry perspective based on multi-regional experience
