• Develop creative concepts that blend aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality .
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to align packaging with campaign storytelling and fast-fashion timelines.
• Create repeatable yet inspiring packaging systems that can scale across collections.
• Research and introduce innovative packaging materials and techniques.
• Test and refine the unboxing experience to ensure it feels seamless, emotional, and premium.
• Ensure packaging reflects San’s brand values: affordable luxury, limited uniqueness, and emotionally close experiences .

• 2+ years in packaging design, product experience, or brand experience roles.
• Strong creative vision with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Familiar with design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar).
• Knowledge of materials, printing, and sustainable packaging trends.
• Ability to balance fast-fashion speed with premium quality.
