Packaging & Fulfillment Technician (Biotech / Laboratory Products)

We are a growing biotechnology and laboratory products company seeking a detail-oriented Packaging & Fulfillment Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency. This position plays a critical role in ensuring orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Label vials, bottles, and packaging materials accurately
• Verify product counts, lot numbers, and order details
• Print shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
• Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
• Follow SOPs for handling laboratory products
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• High attention to detail (very important)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (shipping software, order systems)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or packaging roles
• Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx)
• Experience working in a lab or regulated environment
