Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, custom orders, and delivery timelines
- Create and follow up on quotes for both potential and existing customers
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with accountability, care, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and transactions
- Track orders, manage returns or adjustments, and keep customers informed of order status
- Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and satisfaction checks
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or sales support; experience in
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A problem-solving mindset with a patient, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
