Job Opportunity: Packaging Sales Consultant – US (Night Shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (PKT)
Compensation: PKR 50,000–100,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

As part of this expansion, we are seeking a motivated and career-driven Packaging Sales Consultant – US to join our commercial team.

Role Purpose

The Packaging Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving US sales performance through proactive client outreach, solution-focused consultation, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate is results-driven, articulate, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage inbound and outbound communication with U.S.-based prospects and clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored packaging solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing structures, and promotional offerings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and perform consistently against established KPIs.
  • Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales activities accurately within the CRM system.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and ensure efficient resolution of concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–5 years in sales, client service, or business development (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English, capable of engaging US clients confidently.
  • Sales Skills: Target-driven, persuasive, and motivated to achieve in a performance-led environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital sales tools is an advantage.
  • Shift Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
