  • Valid California driver’s license
  • A genuine interest in craft beer, with a desire to learn more about our beers and process

Other Details

  • Problem-solving and using good judgment in day-to-day tasks is important

Physical Requirements
This is a very active, hands-on role. You’ll be on your feet most of the day—walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, and moving materials. You’ll regularly handle full kegs (up to 140 lbs), though we provide tools and team support to help. Good vision and awareness are important for working safely and efficiently.

Work Environment

You’ll be working in a brewery setting—so expect some noise, wet floors, temperature changes, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. At times, you’ll work around hot water (200°F+) and spend short periods in cold storage (around 40°F).

Team Culture

We’re looking for someone who works well with others, shows respect to teammates, and contributes to a positive, hardworking environment. We’re a small production team dedicated to achieving our goals while continually learning more about what we’re passionate about—beer.
