Packaging Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packing team and daily packaging operations.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and quality standards.
• Plan and allocate manpower as per production schedule.
• Maintain packaging material stock and raise purchase requests when required.
• Prepare reports (dispatch, stock, wastage, etc.) using computer.
• Update data in Excel / ERP / company software.
• Check finished goods before dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S in packaging area.
• Train workers and monitor productivity.
