Our focus is on delivering premium, trend-driven products with efficient supply chain operations and eye-catching packaging designs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging & Supply Chain Executive to manage packaging-related coordination with our Chinese suppliers and collaborate with the design team for artwork development. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and understands supply chain fundamentals, including manufacturing timelines, packaging standards, and quality requirements.
This is a mid-level position ideal for candidates with prior experience in product packaging, supplier coordination, and basic supply chain operations in an international sourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Packaging Coordination:

• Collaborate with Chinese suppliers to ensure packaging designs meet quality, branding, and regulatory standards.
• Review artwork and packaging specifications in coordination with the design team.
• Follow up on packaging samples, approvals, and modifications.

2. Supplier Communication & Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact with suppliers for packaging-related matters.
• Track supplier timelines and ensure timely delivery of packaging materials.
• Address production or quality issues proactively and escalate when necessary.

3. Supply Chain Support:

• Assist in planning and monitoring production and shipment schedules.
• Maintain documentation for packaging specifications, approvals, and supplier communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize packaging costs and materials.

4. Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure packaging meets international shipping standards and product protection requirements.
• Verify labels, artwork, and packaging comply with US regulatory standards (care labels, barcodes, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in packaging coordination, supply chain, or product development roles.
• Experience working with Chinese suppliers, especially in Home Textiles & Apparel, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, artwork approval, and international shipping standards.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple suppliers simultaneously.
• Good communication skills (English) for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes and timelines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for tracking and reporting.

Job Location: Fully Remote
Working days: Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
