We are excited to add another teammate to our cannabis packaging department!

This position is available now for part-time nonexempt work 2-3 days per week, 8 or 10-hour shifts, scheduled between Monday - Thursday 8:00AM- 6:30PM. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, and $17.00 per hour after a positive 90-day review. Additional benefits are listed in the Employee Handbook.

Primary Responsibilities | Essential Functions:

· Packaging tasks such as: folding boxes, applying labels, opening/sealing bags, cleaning jars/lids, cleaning and sanitizing packaging tools/utensils/ dishware, filling/capping vape cartridges, filling/sealing honey sticks/jars, packaging edible products, Packaging cannabis extracts, cleaning transport coolers, folding parchment, and efficiently applying unique batch packaging by learned specifications.

· Accurately weigh various types of extract batches into corresponding retail packages. Maintain a consistent productive speed for each task.

· Aid other operations in season such as harvesting, gardening, trimming, apiary, moving, storage & other duties when needed and assigned.

· Listen and take direction well. Provide clear and task related communication. Communicate with managers in advance if there is uncertainty. Be able to receive constructive feedback and quickly adapt to changes.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Aid in Facility Cleaning.

· Understand and follow established company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.

· Manage confidential information with integrity. Assume all work and related is confidential.

Work Environment:

· Must be able to work in cold fluctuating temperature conditions with frequent loud noises, and strong aromas.

· Must be able to occasionally bend, stoop, balance, crouch, squat, twist, reach at, above and below shoulder height; frequently lift and/or move 25-45lbs; and constantly reach at waist using hands to finger, handle, or feel. Close visual focus required.

· Must be able to sit or stand and perform repetitive tasks and motions for extended periods of time.

· Must be able to work well in a group and independently; demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.

Requirements:

· 21 years or older with current OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit.

· Reliable transportation and Punctuality

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and convert units of product.

· Proficiency in metrc, gsheets, trello, qb time (tsheets) and basic computer literacy.

· Compliance with company, local, state, and federal practices, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

· Generally, be open, adaptable, quick learning, curious, positive, and kind. This environment is often faced with rapidly changing circumstances and market direction.
