About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in the packaging/print industry. This individual will regularly collaborate with the creative team to ensure best-in-class packaging execution. This role requires someone who can manage multiple jobs simultaneously and must be incredibly detailed and organized.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in graphic design/visual arts (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
• Experience in developing product packaging with dielines.
• Layout and production skills with an understanding of the printing process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, both visually and grammatically.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Layout and production for packaging, including but not limited to boxes, labels, blister cards, displays, and signage.
• Production-level graphic design support.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality & consistency in accordance with established brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the print production team to ensure designs are correctly executed.
• Creating and/or updating dielines for packaging.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
