Position : Packing & Dispatch Incharge

Experience:05 to 08 Year

Salary : 25000 to 40,000/-

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

Review daily / Weekly dispatch plans from PPC; allocate manpower/resources; coordinate with Production/Quality/Logistics/ Suppliers; track Plan vs. Actual; escalate shortages; vendor scorecards for packing materials

Packing Management

Admit only QC – approved / deburred parts; apply customer packing(VCI / oiling foam / boxes / pallets); verify count / weigh / seal / label / barcode; maintain FIFO / lot segregation; monitor material stock(min-max recorders, <2% wastage); cycle counts

Dispatch Execution

Prepare staging plans; verify invoice / E-Way Bill / Packing List / Labels / route cards / GST export docs; ensure safe loading; coordinate vehicles / customers(backup transporters); complete post-dispatch records; customer portal ETA’s

Documentation & Traceability

100% ERP / WMS updates(barcode scanning, real time FG tracking); maintain dispatch register / gate pass / LR / POD / fumigation certs; track Job / Route cards to dispatch

People Management

Supervise / train operators(20hrs / qtr., ISO / IATF certs) monitor discipline / housekeeping; shift handover checklists; cross-training on handling / 5S / safety

Quality & Compliance

Check for stains / burrs / dents / rust / mix-ups; conduct FG audits; resolve packing complaints(24hr SLA, 8D root cause); EU REACH / carbon logging

Safety, 5S & Risk

Enforce trolleys / pallets / PPE; train on sharp edges; maintain 5S(>95% audits); contingency protocols(weather / strikes / insurance); transit damage prevention

Digital and Analytics

Real-time dashboard (OTD / complaints / costs); predictive stock alerts; zero manual ERP entries
