Packing helper

Job Summary:

The Helper will assist in daily warehouse and logistics operations, including loading, unloading, packing, labeling, and general maintenance of goods and the work area. The role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure smooth handling of cargo and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading of cargo, containers, and vehicles safely.
• Arrange and organize goods in the warehouse as per company procedures.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and palletizing of shipments as required.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile and hazardous goods following safety standards.
• Support the warehouse team in daily dispatch and receiving operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Assist drivers during delivery or collection when required.
• Report any damaged, missing, or misplaced goods immediately to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and security policies of the company.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a helper, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and cargo handling.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Valid UAE ID / visa and availability for flexible working hours.

Education:

• High School or equivalent preferred.

Working Hours:

• As per company policy / operational requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
