Packing Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee napkin packaging machine operations to meet production targets with optimal efficiency.
• Regularly inspect napkins and packaging for quality standard compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance for optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical machine issues.
• Ensure safe packaging machine operation, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Continuously seek improvements in packaging process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and train team members in machine operation and safety.
• Manage inventory of packaging materials and napkins as per the plan shared by the line manager.
• Maintain records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Submit the report of the shift summary on the logbook.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• D.A.E, (with similar work background on hygiene FMCG industry)
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar production process industry
