Position Summary:

SG Allied Businesses Limited is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor to oversee all post-harvest packing operations for our button mushroom production line. This role will be responsible for supervising packing labor, managing inventory, coordinating with harvest and sales teams, and ensuring accurate stockkeeping and timely order fulfillment, and ensuring minimal mushrooms are going to waste keeping in mind their product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise the packing team, ensuring all laborers perform their duties efficiently and meet quality standards.

· Enforce hygiene and safety protocols in the packing area.

· Train new packing staff and monitor their performance.

· Receive harvested mushroom stock from the harvest team.

· Accurately label and place stock in cold storage by harvest date and batch.

· Ensure cold store cleanliness and proper temperature maintenance.

· Receive daily orders from the sales team and prepare consignments accordingly.

· Ensure correct product, weight, and packaging standards are followed for each order.

· Coordinate dispatches and maintain dispatch records.

· Maintain daily stock movement records and update digital and physical stock reports.

· Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Report discrepancies, spoilages, or damages to the General Manager Production promptly.

· Ensure mushroom wastage is kept to a minimum

Requirements:

· Minimum education: Intermediate or Diploma holder in Supply Chain, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or stock-keeping role, preferably in a food production or agribusiness environment.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Ability to use a computer

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory software.

· Ability to work in a cold storage environment and manage a labor team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
