1 Process Application Development
Lead the design development and enhancement of business processes products and or applications in alignment with organizational goals
Drive requirement gathering feasibility assessments and solution design
Ensure development activities comply with industry standards best practices and security guidelines
Oversee endtoend implementation including testing deployment and documentation

3 Technical Leadership
Provide guidance mentorship and technical direction to junior engineers analysts
Evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and frameworks to improve business systems
Establish best practices coding standards and workflow guidelines for the PAD team

4 Continuous Improvement Optimization
Analyze existing processes and systems identify gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Lead automation workflow optimization and enhancement initiatives
Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with business growth

5 Quality Assurance Compliance
Define and enforce quality metrics testing procedures and validation frameworks
Ensure solutions meet compliance regulatory and audit requirements
Facilitate postimplementation reviews and drive corrective actions
